A pale pink sparkling rosé with fine bubbles. The nose shows delicate notes of small red fruits, fresh petals and a citrus touch, with good acidity and savouriness. The palate is fresh and smooth, with fine bubbles underlining the structure and a pleasant persistence. It works well as an aperitif and with seafood starters, light shellfish, composed salads and delicate cured meats. Serve well chilled at 6-8°C.
