Spumante Rosè Brut - Cadelvento - Venturini Baldini

A rosé sparkling wine from Venturini Baldini, made from grapes grown at about 300 metres above sea level on clay and sandy soils. Harvest takes place in the first ten days of September, with gentle pressing and brief skin maceration for the rosé base wine, followed by Charmat-method refermentation in autoclaves. It has a bright powder-pink colour. The nose evokes wild strawberries and other red berries, with mineral and slightly herbaceous notes. On the palate it is balanced and juicy, with a finish marked by citrus freshness. It is versatile with meals and suits shellfish and savoury fish soups.
