This single malt was released by St. George Spirits of California to mark the distillery's 40th anniversary. It has spent ten years in cask and is bottled at 48% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is usually described as toasted barley, caramelised sugar and a touch of dried fruit. On the palate there is oak, honey, vanilla and spice, with a subtle smokiness underneath.
It can be taken neat or with a splash of water.
