St. George Heart Cut #8 is a 7 year old experimental malt, made by distilling a heavily hopped Californian IPA infused with sage. It is bottled at 54% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
It was matured in a fourth-fill cask that previously held bourbon, reposado Tequila and Californian ale, and it draws on all three of those earlier contents.
