St. George – American Single Malt Whiskey Release 25 (75cl)

This is an American single malt whiskey from St. George in California, in a 75cl bottle. It marks 25 years of St. George single malt releases and is a limited bottling. Master distiller Lance Winters began distilling in the 1990s and released the first St. George single malt in 2000, aiming for an American whiskey that departed from the Scotch tradition. The nose offers crème brûlée, marzipan, orange zest, fresh peach and sandalwood. On the palate come cocoa, brown ale, peanut brittle, cherry cola and nutmeg.
