Aqua Perfecta Basil is a Californian eau de vie from St. George, created by master distiller Lance Winters in a 75cl bottle.
It began as an idea to sip alongside beefsteak tomatoes in a good tomato season, though it pairs with anything from the garden. It combines the rich body of Genovese basil with the bright aromatics of Thai basil.
The result is fresh in flavour and suits both sweet and savoury cocktails.
