St. George – Baller Single Malt Whiskey (75cl)

St. George Baller is an American single malt whisky made in California and inspired by Japanese whisky. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The malt is finished in casks from the house-made umeshu, and it was made and named for the classic highball. It also suits softer styles of whisky cocktail. Expect crisp malt and a delicate maple charcoal smoke, with tropical, sherry-like notes from the umeshu casks.
