St. George California Shochu (75cl)

St. George California Shochu is a full-flavoured shochu made in California from California rice, in a 750ml bottle. It was created to go with a hearty bowl of ramen, inspired by the way Oakland's Ramen Shop gives Japanese culinary traditions a Californian turn. The label was designed by master distiller Lance Winters with illustrator Lauren Asta. It combines the California state flag with the national flag of Japan, and the bear's kanji translates as 'angry bear sound'.
