Stalk & Barrel Single Malt Rye is a Canadian whisky made from locally sourced 100% Ontario rye grain. It is mashed, fermented and distilled by hand in small batches in a copper pot still.
The spirit is matured on site in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of three years and bottled as a single cask offering. It is non-chill-filtered and has no artificial colouring added. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
