A red wine made from 100% Syrah from Paso Robles in California. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
The wine has a dark ruby colour with a slight glow. On the palate there is a fine balance of red and blue berries, leading to a long finish with vanilla from the oak, plums and white pepper. The tannins are soft and leave a pleasant feeling.
