Starlino Elderflower Aperitivo (75cl, 17%)

Starlino Elderflower is an aperitif built on a blend of white wine, distillate and botanicals, at 17% abv in a 75cl bottle. The botanical list is long: wild wormwood, Piedmont wormwood, elderflower, coriander, clove, centaury, hyssop, cardamom, angelica, thyme, iris, and orange, lemon and pink grapefruit peel. It can be served on the rocks, in a Negroni or in a Spritz. One suggestion is one part Starlino to three parts Italian tonic with a slice of lemon. Another is two parts Starlino, three parts prosecco and one part soda water, garnished with lime.
