Starward Nova is an Australian single malt made in the Melbourne area from locally grown barley. It is matured only in Australian red wine casks, which bring a fruity character to the spirit. The nose offers ripe cherry and plum with sweet spice and light toasty touches from the oak. On the palate it is soft and rounded, with vanilla sweetness and spice leading to a warm, lingering finish.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
