Starward – Solera Australian Single Malt Whisky

Starward Solera is an Australian single malt whisky, twice distilled from Australian malted barley fermented with brewers' yeast. It is fully matured in carefully selected Apera casks. Apera is an Australian fortified wine similar to Sherry. The whisky is blended in the traditional solera way, so every bottle holds a drop of the original cask. It is rich and well balanced, with jammy fruits, creme brulee and spice, and a lingering dry finish.
