Starward Solera is an Australian single malt from the Melbourne distillery founded in 2016 by David Vitale. The distillery stands in the Docklands, where the weather can pass through four seasons in a day. David Vitale saw that as an ideal setting for maturing whisky. Starward primarily matures in Australian red wine and Australian fortified wine barrels, and makes its single malt from Australian barley.
