Stauning HØST is a blended malt from the Stauning distillery in Jutland, Denmark, which has been making whisky since 2015. It combines the distillery's rye whisky and single malt, made from grain grown only a few kilometres away. The name is the Danish word for harvest. The whisky matured in American oak and port wood casks, and is bottled at 40.5% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour. It is described as distinctly fruity, and can be drunk neat or in mixed drinks.
