Stella Rosa Rosso Red Berry (75cl, 5.5%)

A semi-sweet, semi-sparkling red wine from Italy, in a 75cl bottle and light at 5.5% ABV. It is made from a blend of red grapes that includes Brachetto, with natural carbonation developing during fermentation. Fermentation is stopped once sweetness and acidity are in balance. It is meant to be served well chilled, or over ice. On the nose there are fresh strawberries, ripe red berries and a delicate fruit sweetness. The palate is juicy with strawberry and mixed red berries, refreshing acidity and gentle bubbles. The finish is light and fruity, with lingering berry sweetness.
