A dry white wine from the Pfalz region of Germany, made from Riesling grapes grown in Stepp's vineyards. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as green apple and peach, fresh citrus including lemon and lime, floral nuances and mineral hints from the calcareous soil. On the palate it combines balanced acidity with a slight residual sweetness, ending long and persistent with a clean mineral note.
