Stillhouse Black Bourbon (75cl)

Stillhouse Black Bourbon is a bourbon from Stillhouse Spirits Co., in a 75cl bottle. It is described as the first bourbon rested and mellowed in roasted small-batch coffee beans, a step taken after distillation that adds a roasted, coffee-tinged character over the oak and rye-spice base. The nose is oak and coffee. The palate brings wood and rye spice, and the finish carries a touch of coffee.
