Stillhouse Original Moonshine is an unaged corn whiskey from Stillhouse Spirits Co. of Columbia, Tennessee. It is bottled at 40% in a stainless steel can. The mashbill is 100% corn. The spirit is distilled four times in a copper pot still and then filtered through charcoal. Buttery popcorn, green corn stalks and crisp apple come through on the nose. Sweet corn leads the palate, with mild caramel behind it, and the medium finish ends in a creamed-corn sweetness.
