Stillhouse Peach Tea is a flavoured corn whiskey from Columbia, Tennessee, bottled at 34.5% ABV (69 proof). Natural peach and black tea flavours are blended with charcoal-filtered moonshine made from 100% corn and distilled in a copper pot still.
It is sold in a 750ml stainless steel can rather than a glass bottle, and it is served chilled or over ice.
The nose is ripe peach with a little tea-leaf earthiness and a hint of iced tea sweetness. The palate is sweet and tangy, with juicy peach, mild black tea and a mellow corn whiskey base. The finish is clean and smooth, with a soft corn warmth.
