Frank is a white wine named after the Stokkebye family's second Labrador, Frank. It is made entirely from Solaris grapes grown organically, with no additives beyond sulphites.
The wine is fermented and matured 70% in steel tanks and 30% in oak barrels. It is light and fresh, with mineral notes and balanced acidity.
Flavours of pineapple, citrus, green apple and elderflower lead to a soft, elegant finish.
