Stolen X Rock & Rye (40%)

Stolen X Rock & Rye is a modern take on the pre-Prohibition cocktail of the same name, which was traditionally made with rye whiskey, rock candy and citrus. It is made by infusing American rye whiskey with organic raw honey and real orange peel, and is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). The rye is made from 100% rye and aged for over two years in new American oak barrels. The result is a dark amber-orange colour and a flavour profile reminiscent of an Old Fashioned. The nose is orange blossom, sweet spices and candied citrus. The palate is creamy, with citrus-infused honey, gentle rye spice and clove, and the finish is lingering and sweet.
