Stranahan's – Blue Peak (75cl)

Stranahan's Blue Peak is an American single malt distilled at high altitude in Colorado. It was aged for four years in 53-gallon new American oak barrels with a number 3 char, then finished using the Solera process, a method more often found in wine. The name comes from a 13,000-foot peak in Aspen. The whisky is described as rich and mellow, with fruit and butterscotch character and a warm, toasted flavour from the oak.
