Stranahan's – Diamond Peak

Stranahan's Diamond Peak is a single malt whiskey made in small batches. Master Distiller Rob Dietrich hand selects the casks that go into it, and no two batches are the same. The whiskey is aged in new white American oak barrels with a number 3 char. The nose offers dried apricot, tack-shed leather, black liquorice and a hint of wet cedar. On the palate come Turkish apricot, dark-roast coffee, butterscotch oak, cayenne and Mexican hot chocolate, leading to a rolling, creamy finish.
