Stranahan's Sherry Cask is a single malt finished in Oloroso sherry. It starts as the distillery's four-year-old Rocky Mountain Single Malt, which is then transferred into 500-litre sherry barrels for finishing.
The barrels come from the Andalusia region of southern Spain, where they held wine for more than 40 years before being used here.
