Strathearn Batch 02 is a Highland single malt in a limited global release, bottled at 50% ABV with no colouring or chill-filtration. It follows an earlier batch, with a more carefully curated cask selection.
The batch is a vatting of 31 casks: ex-bourbon, virgin oak and ex-sherry oak. Bourbon casks have the greater share, to enhance the whisky's creaminess, freshness and balance. It comes in a bespoke acorn bottle, inside a premium pack.
