Strathmill 12 Year Old Flora & Fauna is a Speyside single malt bottled at 43% ABV. The distillery uses a purifier pipe in production, and this expression is described as light and fruity, with sweet herbal touches and an oily texture.
Green apple, pear, lemon and honey lead into mint, vanilla and toasted wood on the nose. Sweet barley, orchard fruit and ginger follow on a buttery palate, ending with citrus peel, nutty sweetness and soft wood spice.
