A single malt from the Strathmill distillery in Speyside, distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2002 by Gordon & Macphail at 40% ABV.
Strathmill fits purifiers to the lyne arms and condensers of its stills, which contributes to a delicate character in the spirit. The distillery was founded in 1891 in a converted mill as Glenisla-Glenlivet and took the name Strathmill four years later. Much of its output has long gone into blends, including J&B, and Diageo is the current owner.
