This is a Strathmill single malt from Speyside, distilled in 1996 and matured for 25 years in bourbon hogsheads. It was bottled by Signatory at its full cask strength of 57%.
The whisky was drawn from two hogsheads, numbers 2095 and 2106, and the bottling is limited to 330 bottles.
Signatory is an independent bottler, founded in Edinburgh in 1988, which later bought Edradour and moved to Leith, where its bottling is carried out.
