Strathmill 2012 12 Years is a Speyside single malt from Signatory, part of its 100 Proof series. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled on 24 February 2025 at a cask strength of 57.1%, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in first-fill Oloroso butts.
The nose is sweet, with honey, caramel, orange and sherry. The palate starts spicy and warm, with orange, chocolate, raisins, almond and figs. The finish is medium in length, with chocolate brownie and spicy notes.
