This is a 29 year old Strathmill single malt, bottled by Cadenhead's as part of its Authentic Collection. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in February 2021, having matured in a bourbon hogshead. The release comprises 132 bottles.
The tasting notes describe a nose of plum skins, fruit cocktail and hints of mint leaves. On the palate there are kiwis, lemon drizzle cake and apricot yoghurt, and the finish brings grapefruit, dried almonds and green apple skins.
