A Cannonau di Sardegna DOC from Su'entu, bottled in a 1500ml magnum. The grapes are harvested by hand in mid to late September, then destemmed and crushed, fermented in steel at 25 °C with seven days of maceration. It matures for 12 months in second-use barriques and a further two months in bottle. The wine is ruby red with orange reflections. The nose shows flowers and red fruits with a sweet resin finish. The palate has pleasant freshness, soft tannins and a floral character.
