Subtle Spirits Stellar Bourbon Whiskey Batch #2 (75cl, 47.6%)

Stellar Batch #2 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Subtle Spirits, bottled at 47.6% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the second release in a series founded by Joshua Thinnes, who blends each release himself and pairs every bottling with an artist. This 2026 batch carries the same STELLAR artwork as the original, a piece by San Francisco artist Kate Tova, made in acrylic on laser-cut wood panel. The tasting notes begin with candy corn, cake donuts and brown butter, move to peach cobbler and nutmeg through the middle, and close on cured oak.
