Sugarlands Silver Cloud Tennessee Sour Mash Moonshine (75cl, 50%)

Silver Cloud is an unaged Tennessee sour mash moonshine, a corn whiskey from Sugarlands Distilling Co. in Gatlinburg. It is bottled at 50% in a 750ml mason jar. It is made from fresh Tennessee corn milled on site in a stone burr mill, with cane sugar and Smoky Mountain water, and distilled in a copper pot still. Backset from the previous batch is added to carry the flavour forward. It is the distillery's flagship moonshine. The brand's notes give white corn on the nose, sweet corn and cane sugar on the palate, and a crisp, clean finish with a kick.
