Sundays Japanese Whisky (75cl)

Sundays is a Japanese blended whisky made in small batches from world grain spirits, in a 75cl bottle. The spirit is distilled twice and aged in barrel for between three and nine years at cask strength. The whisky is blended before pristine, alkaline water from the springs near Koriyama is added, which gives a rounder, more viscous mouthfeel with soft, slightly sweet undertones. It was made with the highball in mind and holds up on the rocks or in cocktails. The nose offers yuzu, sugar snap pea and apple cider donut. The palate has cocoa, fresh mint and waffle, and the finish brings sweet baking spice, pink peppercorn and barley.
