Hibiki 30 Year Old is a Japanese whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% ABV. The name means resonance in Japanese, a nod to the harmony between nature and people. It was launched in 1997 as a rare, limited edition. It blends Yamazaki malt whiskies aged for at least thirty years with soft grain whiskies that have also matured for at least thirty years. Each bottle is filled by hand.
