Hibiki Harmony is a blended Japanese whisky from Suntory, in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of Japanese malt and grain whiskies, and it forms the base of the Hibiki range.
American white oak malts give it a solid base, with Mizunara and sherry cask malts adding to the character. Smoky malts act as subtle accents, and grain whiskies from the Chita distillery round out the blend.
The nose is rose, lychee and sandalwood. On the palate there is honeyed sweetness with candied orange and white chocolate.
