Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% ABV. It marries malt whiskies made at the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from the Chita distillery.
Maturation takes place in five types of cask, among them American white oak, used sherry casks and Mizunara oak. Shingo Torii, Suntory's chief blender, oversees the blending personally.
The aromas are of light honey, orange, spice and oak.
