Suntory Hibiki Japanese Harmony

Suntory Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blended Japanese whisky made with whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. Hibiki, meaning resonance, was launched in 1989 to mark Suntory's 90th anniversary. The brand is built around the 24 seasons of the traditional lunar calendar, a nod to the part Japanese nature plays in maturation. On the nose there are apricots, orange blossom and marmalade, with cinnamon and clove. The palate is full of orange and apricot fruit with a little pepper, and the finish turns spicy, with a touch of barrel char.
