Suntory Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select (70cl)

Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, first released for the travel retail market. It combines malt and grain whiskies from Suntory's distilleries, with touches of Yamazaki sherry cask whisky. The name Hibiki means 'resonance' in Japanese and reflects the company's philosophy of living in harmony with people and nature. The nose is sweet and floral, with caramel, oak, plum, pear, rose, lavender and cherry blossom. The palate is of good body, with ginger and white pepper. The finish is medium in length and slightly dry, with spiced oak, cinnamon and nutmeg.
