A Suntory Special Reserve blended Japanese whisky from the 1980s, in a 1.1 litre bottle at 43% ABV. Suntory has produced this blend since 1969.
The nose is fruity, with peach, banana, vanilla and a hint of oak. The palate opens with a spicy taste of nuts and cooked apples, and the finish is of medium length, with nuts and vanilla.
