Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky (75cl, 43%)

Toki is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It combines malt and grain whiskies from the Hakushu, Yamazaki and Chita distilleries, bringing the styles of all three into one expression. The nose is of basil, green apple and honey. The palate turns to grapefruit, green grape, peppermint and thyme, and the finish carries gentle sweetness, vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.
