Yamazaki 25 Year Old is a Japanese single malt from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It has been aged in a blend of American, Spanish and Mizunara oak casks.
The nose brings persimmon, satsuma, incense and oak spice. On the palate come sandalwood, tart yuzu, fresh ginger, persimmon and a little smoke.
