This is a 17 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, distilled in 2008 and bottled by Little Brown Dog. It comes from a single bourbon barrel and is the third in their Secret Speyside series, each from a different distillery.
The cask was among the first Little Brown Dog bought as a business, and it was held for almost seven years before being bottled. The label is a nod of respect to Ronnie Cox, whom the team credit as an early inspiration, though he had no part in this bottling.
