Susumaniello IGP Morso Rosa from Tenuta Viglione comes from Puglia, a region known for its warm, sunny climate suited to native grapes such as Susumaniello. The wine expresses the grape's character with freshness, an intense colour and aromas of red fruit and spicy notes. Vinification preserves balance between structure and softness, while ageing gives pleasant roundness and a persistent finish. In the glass it shows a bright ruby red with cherry, plum and light balsamic hints. Its freshness and gentle tannins suit meat dishes, roasts, game and aged cheeses.
