A prosecco from Sutto, made from Glera grapes harvested in a single vintage year, with second fermentation by the Charmat method. It has a clear straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent bubble.
It works well as an aperitif and with light starters, fish or seafood.
