Sweetens Cove 2022 Specialty Release is a Tennessee bourbon blend bottled at 57% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It brings together four bourbons aged 5, 6, 8 and 10 years.
The blend is finished in casks from Scotland's Speyside region, and the release was made in a run of 2,000 cases.
The nose combines warm oak, vanilla, raisin, red fruit and caramel, with clove, orange peel and worn leather. The palate is rich and sweet, with baked apple, autumn spices and charred oak, and the finish is long and warming, with baking spice.
