Syrah Terre Siciliane IGP

A red wine from Fina, made from Syrah grown north of Marsala in an area rich in biodiversity, with vines cultivated organically using only sulphur and copper. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by 12 months in oak barriques. In the glass it is deep ruby red with garnet reflections, with violet, blackberry, currant, dark berry fruit, undergrowth, bitter cocoa and spice notes. The palate is structured, with dense tannins and rich, ripe fruit, and the finish is long, spicy and harmonious. It pairs well with red meat and aged cheeses.
