Oso de Oro is a dry vermouth made in California by T.W. Hollister & Co., in a 75cl bottle at 16% ABV. It starts from a white wine base, macerated with 12 botanicals led by orange peel, chamomile and rosehip.
The style is fruit-forward and floral, with an herbal edge that stays focused rather than heavy. It suits a chilled pour or a cocktail.
Bright citrus and flowers come first, then subtle herbs and balanced acidity on a light palate. The finish is long and pleasantly dry.
