Table Whisky Single Grain

Table Whisky Single Grain is a single grain whisky linked to the Port of Leith distillery in Leith, Edinburgh. The distillery is the first vertical whisky distillery in the UK, with production stacked over several floors, from milling the grain to distilling, because space at the harbour site was limited. The idea came from two Edinburgh locals who developed their own way of making whisky. Production began in early 2024, and the whisky is meant as a tribute to the time when Leith brought together traders from wine merchants to whisky blenders.
